Signing News: Logan Prince makes the switch from MK Thunder
As we look to further drive the quality and depth of our squad, we are formalising something that has been working well for us across a number of games this season.  We’re therefore chuffed that Logan Prince has agreed to join us as a permanent member of the Smith Recycling Milton Keynes Lightning team. We’re particularly pleased after the fantastic shift that Logan put in during our roadtrip win at Raiders. 22 year old Swindon born Logan has had stints with Swindon, Bristol and MK teams in the past and if you’ve seen him play you’ll already know that he’s [...]

Smith Recycling Milton Keynes Lightning together with the Supporters Club are delighted to share with you our plans to commemorate Remembrance Day 2019. We have been working with the Royal British Legion this year to gain their [...]
Tom Carlon signs for 2 weeks as cover
It's been clear to everyone that Smith Recycling Milton Keynes Lightning has been playing with a short bench recently, with a set of players missing through injury. Their recovery is going well, but we want to avoid as much as possible playing with a lower number of players as this increases the likelihood of injuries to those players through additional workload. We're therefore delighted that Tom Carlon will be joining us for some short term injury cover. Head Coach Lewis Clifford had this to say: "With the short bench we have been running over the past few weekends, it is [...]

The morale boosting victory was all the more sweet as it came [...]
