We encourage everyone to buy your ticket in advance and make sure it’s arrived in your email
We recommend printing a physical copy of your e-ticket, but you also have the option to show on a mobile device.
Also if you’re using a mobile device, make sure your screen brightness is turned up to the max (to help our ticket scanners) and you have enough battery.
TOP TIP – If you are using a mobile device, make sure your email is downloaded to your phone or take a screen grab so you don’t need to rely on online connectivity on the day.
TOP TIP – phone signal in and around the rink can be a bit patchy so make sure you’ve synced everything you need before you arrive

MK Lightning games are not test events or trial of COVID-19 passes, so we won’t be checking COVID certification
Whilst it’s not a condition of entry, we hope that many, if not most, of our fans will be partly or fully vaccinated before they attend a fixture. However, we all have our part to play, so we strongly recommend that everyone takes a Lateral Flow Test before coming along, so we can all stay safe.
You must wear a mask at all times in the Arena unless you are exempt.
Remember to sanitise regularly – stations available around the venue.
Give each other space, especially in busier areas.

you are developing symptoms or feel unwell
you are in quarantine or self-isolating or you have been told to self-isolate via a government notification e.g. app ping, letter, track and trace call – you may not attend until the period of self-isolation has been completed

you have had a Covid-19 test and are awaiting the results

At the moment, Government guidelines do not require us to use Covid passports or show proof of vaccination or negative tests so these are not required.  If Government guidelines change or Milton Keynes Ice Hockey Club and / or the local authority need to make a change in guidelines, we will need to align with whatever those requirements are.

There is not a huge amount of space in the arena at your seat, so please limit any bags or belongings you bring with you
Bags will be searched on entry to the arena

No food or drink may be brought into any Venue (except in limited circumstances on proven medical grounds) unless otherwise notified at our discretion. A variety of food and/or beverages will be available for purchase within our Venue.
