Milton Keynes Lightning are proud to announce the continued sponsorship of 123 Internet for the 2025/26 season — marking the eighth year of a hugely successful partnership. This year, the agency returns as the club’s Official Creative Partner.
Based in Milton Keynes, 123 Internet is a multi-award-winning digital marketing agency offering a full suite of services including web design, creative campaigns, social media management, SEO, video production and digital advertising. Their team continues to be the driving creative force behind MK Lightning’s brand — responsible for graphic design, player GIF videos, and the design and development of the club’s official website.
More than just a sponsor, 123 Internet shares deep roots with the club. Last year, the agency proudly employed well known MK Lightning players James Griffin (#15) and Dillon Lawrence (#14) – with Dillon now heading up 123 Internet’s Toronto office, delivering web, creative, and digital marketing services across Canada and North America.
The partnership also has a strong personal connection for CEO Scott Jones.
Scott shared his positivity and passion saying:
“We’re absolutely thrilled to continue as Official Creative Partner for MK Lightning,”
“This partnership is special — not just as a business relationship, but because it’s become part of our story. I got engaged on the ice during a previous season and later married my wife with a true ice hockey-inspired wedding. My step-daughters are also closely connected: one is a figure skater and the other works at Planet Ice and Puckiverse. Ice sports are part of our everyday lives — it’s a family connection that runs deep. From employing players, supporting matchday creative, to developing marketing strategies and sponsor engagement, we’re incredibly proud to continue helping MKL grow.”
Looking ahead, 123 Internet’s commitment to ice sports in Milton Keynes continues to grow. The agency will also be sponsoring and supporting the MK Storm and MK Falcons teams — delivering full website design, creative support and digital strategy to help promote grassroots and women’s hockey across the region.
Tom Roberts, Director of MK Lightning, shared his enthusiasm:
“Scott and the team at 123 Internet have been outstanding partners over the years, and we’re delighted to be continuing our collaboration. We’re especially grateful for Scott’s responsiveness and flexibility in evolving the partnership to reflect our changing needs. The result is a tailored set of creative services that help us stay fresh, innovative, and visible online.”
From developing the Zeus brand and building the MK Lightning website, to creating dynamic digital campaigns and engaging with fans, 123 Internet continues to play a key role in the club’s identity and growth.
