Having supported the Lightning since the redevelopment of Planet Ice Milton Keynes in 2014, the company has played an integral role in the club’s growth and development over the past decade.
The continued partnership demonstrates Smith Group’s commitment not only to Milton Keynes Lightning, but also to the wider ice hockey community in Milton Keynes. Their support has helped the club continue to develop both on and off the ice, while providing fans with an outstanding matchnight experience year after year.
Supporters will once again see the Smith Group brand prominently displayed throughout Planet Ice Milton Keynes during the 2026/27 campaign, including on the team’s jerseys, around the rink, on the Olympia ice resurfacer and on the arena scoreboard.
