Last night’s disappointing result vs. Leeds where we lost 4-1 in the game played at Coventry has come with some further bad news about the fitness of Robin Kovar. During the game, Robin sustained an impact injury to his ankle and unfortunately this has caused some damage. We are looking after Robin and will be fully supporting his rehabilitation which will need to take place off-ice for the foreseeable future. As you can imagine, Robin is super-frustrated by this setback, and will be back playing as soon as he can. He’s in good spirits overall.
We will release more news as when it’s appropriate to do so. In the mean time, we look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the rink this evening for our match vs. Raiders, where our boys will be digging in and driving to restore our good results. Thank you for your support.
