Milton Keynes Lightning are delighted to announce the signing of forward Adam Rosbottom for the 2025/26 season. The addition of Rosbottom brings proven consistency, tenacity and offensive upside to the Lightning forward group.
Rosbottom, 29, arrives from the Berkshire Bees, where in 2024/25 he posted 9 goals and 10 assists for 19 points in 37 NIHL National League games, along with a further goal and an assist in the National Cup. Over the preceding 2023/24 campaign he recorded 11 goals and 14 assists, finishing with 25 points in 45 games. His combination of offensive production, defensive responsibility, and willingness to compete in the tough areas make him a valuable addition to the squad.
Lightning Head Coach Tim Wallace commented:

He has a knack for making the right read under pressure and finding ways to make a positive impact, shift after shift. He’s dependable, he competes, and he finds a way to get the job done. Rosbottom expressed his excitement at joining Lightning:

The club is confident that Rosbottom’s determination, work ethic, and offensive flair will make him a key figure in the Lightning attack. His arrival enhances depth, versatility, and scoring potential, factors that will prove decisive as the team targets a strong push this season.
Adam will join the team for the 20th December game onwards, and is already sponsored for the remainder of the season.
Adam will wear the number 2 jersey, which is available from to Own and Loan from when the news is released.
