MK Lightning are proud to welcome back Girl Pack as the Official Player Sponsor for #37 Patrik Forsberg for a second consecutive year.
Girl Pack is a Milton Keynes-based, volunteer-led charity working tirelessly to tackle period poverty in the local community. They provide free sanitary care packs to those who need them most, distributed through schools, community centres, children’s centres, parish council offices, community larders and fridges, sports clubs, cafes, and more – as well as via other charities.
Last season, to mark International Women’s Day, we were honoured to partner with Girl Pack for a special charity collection aimed at helping people across Milton Keynes manage their menstruation with dignity. Thanks to the generosity of our amazing fans, the event was a huge success and made a real impact.
Their ongoing support makes a meaningful difference across the region, and we’re proud to once again partner with an organisation that shares our community-first values.
If you know a group or school, or even venue that would benefit from the service, you can apply here
We’re also thrilled that Girl Pack will continue their sponsorship of Patrik Forsberg, who made a big impact on and off the ice during his debut season with Lightning.
Megan from Girl Pack shared:
“Girl Pack is incredibly proud to be sponsoring Patrik Forsberg for a second season with MK Lightning. His passion, dedication, and skill on the ice truly embody the spirit of what we stand for — strength, resilience, and teamwork. We’re excited to continue supporting his journey and to be part of the MK Lightning family once again. Here’s to another amazing season ahead — let’s make it unforgettable!”
Thank you to Girl Pack for your continued support — we can’t wait to see what season two brings!
