On 14 March 2026, MK Lightning, in partnership with the MK Lightning Supporters Club (MKLSC), hosted a charity game in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society.
For the occasion, the team wore unique warm-up jerseys, which were made available to supporters through the popular Own and Loan scheme, before taking to the ice in special blue jerseys for the game itself.
The club was also pleased to welcome Soraya and Louise from the Alzheimer’s Society, who were in attendance to engage with fans and provide information about the services and support the charity offers within the community.
Fundraising on the night was supported through a range of activities, including merchandise sales, replica jerseys, match night games, and an online raffle, alongside the Own and Loan initiative.
The final total has now been confirmed, with MK Lightning and MKLSC raising an impressive £4,526.80. This figure does not include additional donations made on the night, further demonstrating the generosity and support of those in attendance.

MK Lightning extends its sincere thanks to everyone who supported the event and contributed to such an important cause.
