Milton Keynes Lightning are thrilled to announce the return of forward Harry Gulliver for the 2025/26 NIHL season. The 25-year-old Essex native re-signs after a standout 2024/25 campaign, where his relentless energy, sharp shooting, and tenacious play were instrumental in the team’s playoff triumph.
Harry left his mark last season. In 54 regular-season games, he notched 21 goals and 30 assists, totaling 51 points. He continued his stellar performance in the playoffs, contributing 7 goals and 3 assists over 8 games, helping lead MK Lightning to championship glory.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the upcoming season, Gulliver stated
“Can’t wait to be back in MK for another season after winning the playoffs. I look forward to building and pushing for more trophies next year. And playing in front of the best fans in the league. See you next season!”
Head Coach Tim Wallace shared his excitement about Gulliver’s return
“When Harry is at his best, he plays with tenacity, wins battles, and goes hard to the net. He has the ability to make plays and possesses a great shot, but it’s his grit that truly sets him apart and makes him such a valuable player for us. He continues to improve each year, and he still has more to show the Lightning faithful.”
Gulliver’s journey with MK Lightning began in the 2023/24 season, following a successful stint with the Raiders Ice Hockey Club, where he tallied 22 goals and 31 assists. His development through the Okanagan Hockey Academy and experience in North America with the Ogden Mustangs have shaped him into a dynamic forward known for his offensive prowess and relentless work ethic .
As MK Lightning gear up for the 2025/26 season, fans can anticipate more electrifying performances as the team aims to build on last season’s success.
Harry will continue to wear the number 71 jersey, which is available from to Own and Loan from when the news is released.
